Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose and acceptance

AgentPro Academy (agentpro.academy) is an online platform preparing candidates for the FIFA football agent exam: rewritten course notes, practice questions, themed series, mock exams, audio episodes, an AI-assisted tutor and a readiness score.

The service is published by Erwan André, sole trader, whose full details appear in the legal notice. These terms govern the use of the website and the mobile app, as well as the sale of the paid plans.

Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms. They apply to the free plan as well as to the paid plans.

2. Account

You sign up with an email address, without a password: you receive a one-time link or code. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and for the use made of your account.

One account per person. The account is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a paid plan.

3. What is available free of charge

Creating an account is free and requires no payment card. The free plan, called “Discovery”, gives access to:

  • The first subject of the syllabus (“FIFA Statutes”): its course notes, the corresponding official text and its practice questions.
  • One practice series on the website, one only, across all subjects — a series that is started and then abandoned still counts. In the mobile app, the first subject's questions remain available with no limit on how many.
  • One mock exam, one only.
  • The published audio episodes, for every subject available; playback position is not, however, carried over from one device to another.

4. Paid plans and prices

Everything not listed in the previous section — the other subjects and their official text, any further series and mock exams, the AI tutor — requires a paid plan. The Discovery plan is not a time-limited trial: it remains available with no end date.

Three plans give access to the whole course (all subjects, unlimited series and mock exams, official text, AI tutor, content updates):

  • Exam Pass — €79 per month: a monthly subscription taken out with the next exam session in mind, at a preferential price in return for a commitment until that session. Renewed automatically every month.
  • Freedom — €99 per month: a monthly subscription with no commitment, renewed automatically every month and cancellable at any time.
  • Annual Pack — €599: a one-off payment giving twelve months of access from the date of payment. Nothing renews: access simply ends at the term, with no further charge.

5. Displayed prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Adjusted prices apply in certain regions of the world (Latin America, Africa, South Asia): the price displayed there is lower than the amounts above.

The price that binds you is the one displayed on the pricing page and summarised on the payment page, before you confirm your order.

The publisher may change its prices. A new price never applies retroactively: for an ongoing subscription it only takes effect after prior notice and from a future renewal date, and you may cancel before that date.

6. Ordering, payment and invoicing

Orders are placed online: you choose a plan, you are redirected to a secure payment page, and the order becomes firm once payment is confirmed. Full access opens immediately.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The publisher never has access to your card details.

For subscriptions, payment is taken on subscription and then on each monthly renewal date, until cancellation. For the Annual Pack, payment is taken once.

Subscription invoices are available at any time from the “My account” page, which opens the billing portal. For the Annual Pack, or for any other receipt, write to agentpro@dirtylab.fr.

If a payment fails, full access is suspended until the situation is resolved. Neither your account nor your progress is deleted: you return to the Discovery plan.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give any reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

This service is digital content supplied immediately, which triggers an exception set out in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code: where the consumer expressly requests performance of the contract before the end of the period and expressly waives the right of withdrawal, that right is lost once the content has been supplied.

That waiver is never presumed: it must be collected on the order form, through express agreement given separately from acceptance of these terms. Until that agreement has been collected, you keep your full fourteen-day right of withdrawal, even if you have already used the platform.

To exercise this right, write to agentpro@dirtylab.fr quoting the email address of your account: no particular form is required. The refund is issued within fourteen days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as the order.

8. Cancellation and end of contract

Monthly subscriptions (Exam Pass, Freedom) renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation is done online, from the “My account” page: the subscription section opens the billing portal, where renewal can be stopped in a few clicks. You may also write to agentpro@dirtylab.fr — we handle the request with no formality required.

Cancellation stops the renewal; it does not interrupt the period already paid for. You keep full access until the end of the current period, then return to the Discovery plan.

As the Exam Pass is offered at a preferential price in return for a commitment until the targeted exam session, cancellation takes effect at the end of that commitment. This clause does not affect the rights the law grants to consumers, in particular cancellation on legitimate grounds.

The Annual Pack is not a subscription: nothing renews and access ends twelve months after payment.

You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time (agentpro@dirtylab.fr), whether or not a plan is running. Deleting the account is not a refund of periods already paid for. Your data is erased as described in the privacy policy.

The publisher may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after notice by email and, save in cases of fraud, with a reasonable period to put things right. In that case, the paid but unused part of the subscription is refunded pro rata.

9. Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal, sums paid are not refundable: the content is accessible from the moment you subscribe and the subscription can be stopped at any time for the future.

The publisher nevertheless refunds any manifestly incorrect charge (duplicate payment, payment taken after a cancellation) as well as a prolonged unavailability of the service that deprived you of it. Write to agentpro@dirtylab.fr.

No refund is due on the grounds of failing the exam: the platform is a preparation tool and guarantees no result.

10. Course content — important notice

  • The platform's content (notes, questions, explanations, audio episodes, AI tutor answers) consists of original educational rewrites of the official study material. It is not the official text.
  • Only FIFA's official regulations and documents are authoritative, in particular on exam day. The references provided (article, page) let you refer back to them.
  • Some content is produced with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. It is intended for practice, never as legal advice.
  • AgentPro Academy is an independent preparation platform, not affiliated with FIFA and not endorsed by it.
  • The platform does not guarantee that you will pass the exam. The readiness score is a statistical indicator, not a promise of a result.
  • The syllabus is set by FIFA and may change. The publisher updates the content within a reasonable time after a new version of the official material is published; those updates are included in every plan.

11. Acceptable use

You undertake not to:

  • share your account or your sign-in credentials;
  • extract, copy or redistribute the content on a large scale, in particular by automated means;
  • circumvent the limits of the Discovery plan or the payment mechanisms;
  • disrupt the operation of the service;
  • use the AI tutor for purposes unrelated to preparing for the exam.

12. Availability and liability

The publisher endeavours to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing the absence of interruption or of error. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, for updates, or following an incident at a technical provider.

The publisher is answerable for the proper performance of the service under the conditions laid down by the French Consumer Code. Its liability does not extend to indirect damage, to the consequences of a use that does not comply with these terms, or to failing the exam.

Nothing in these terms sets aside the statutory guarantee of conformity or the other mandatory rights granted to consumers.

13. Intellectual property

The platform, its visual identity and its educational content are protected (see the legal notice). Subscribing grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to your own exam preparation and to the duration of the plan.

This right of use involves no assignment: any reproduction, distribution, resale or collective use (training body, group, class) requires prior written authorisation.

14. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy: data collected, purposes, processors, retention periods and how to exercise your rights.

15. Changes to these terms

The publisher may amend these terms, in particular to reflect a change in the service or in the applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

Any substantial change affecting an ongoing contract (price, plan content, duration) is notified to you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect. If it does not suit you, you may cancel free of charge before that date.

16. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to agentpro@dirtylab.fr or use the support form. We reply as quickly as we can.

Under Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable settlement of a dispute. The details of the appointed mediator will be published on this page; in the meantime, please send your complaint to agentpro@dirtylab.fr.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the consumer may bring the matter, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded, the court of the place where the damage occurred, or the court of the publisher's domicile.
